How much is an HVAC diagnostic?

Standard diagnostic/service calls begin at $99 within the normal Miami-Dade service area.

Do I pay before the technician arrives?

Yes. Diagnostic appointments are confirmed once the applicable diagnostic/service-call fee is paid.

Does the diagnostic fee go toward my repair?

For qualifying repairs approved within 7 days, the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the approved repair invoice. The diagnostic fee remains earned if the diagnostic is completed and you choose not to proceed with the repair.

Do you service Broward County?

Yes, selected Broward appointments are available. Extended-area diagnostic/service calls begin at $129 and depend on location and availability.

Do you only provide HVAC service?

HVAC is our primary service category, but Modeste Group also handles selected home repair and property-maintenance projects. Submit your project information and we will confirm whether it falls within our service scope.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. Modeste Group provides selected light-commercial HVAC and property-maintenance services.
