Service Requests
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm an appointment. Our office reviews each request and property address before scheduling, and may decline work outside our normal service scope or minimum service requirements.
Diagnostic & Service-Call Fees
Standard diagnostic/service calls begin at $99 within the normal Miami-Dade service area. Extended-area appointments, including selected Broward locations, begin at $129 and depend on location and availability.
Payment Before Confirmation
Diagnostic appointments are confirmed once the applicable diagnostic/service-call fee has been paid. Requested appointment dates and time windows are subject to confirmation.
Diagnostic Credit
For qualifying repairs approved within 7 days of diagnosis, the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the approved repair invoice. The diagnostic fee remains earned if the diagnostic is completed and you choose not to proceed with the repair.
Financing Interest
Indicating financing interest on a service request records interest only. It is not a loan application, does not involve a credit check, and does not guarantee approval or eligibility. Financing is addressed after diagnosis and estimate, when the final project amount is known.
Estimates & Approvals
Repair work proceeds after you approve the written estimate. Additional work discovered during service requires a new or revised approval.
