Know the Fee Before You Book
Diagnostic/service-call pricing is straightforward and paid before the appointment is confirmed.
Paid before the appointment is confirmed. Includes:
- Travel within the normal service area
- Professional system diagnosis
- System inspection related to the reported issue
- Written findings
- Repair recommendation/estimate
Extended-area appointments are subject to location and availability. The office can confirm whether an address qualifies before final booking. For unusually distant locations or unusual job requirements, a custom service/travel quote may be provided before the appointment is confirmed.
Diagnostic Credit Policy
For qualifying repairs approved within 7 days of diagnosis, the diagnostic fee paid by the customer may be credited toward the approved repair invoice. The diagnostic fee remains earned if the diagnostic service has been completed and the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

Diagnostic appointments are confirmed after the service-call fee has been paid. This reserves your appointment time and allows our technician to arrive prepared to evaluate the reported problem.
